"PLS READ!!! I'm so tired of the workers here, its been past 2 weeks now and did not send our insurance cards. All they want is to email it even after requesting to get a physical copy for July to January! My husbsnd called 2x talk to 2 different people, last person was a Theresa?? they emailed the same insurance card for 1 car only and we have 2, for the same car 2x! THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS!!! Ever since we bought a house back in 2015 alot of mistakes been happening and our car insurance combined even our life insurance! I'm so fed up with the untrained workers here! There was an incident with Anna before even removing our newer car instead of our old car! The rates just keeps going up and up and up too!!!! EVEN MY SISTER in law dealt with Anna and always wrong!"

"Everybody at the McCoy agency is friendly, courteous, helpful, and above all interested in getting you what you need in terms of insurance and protection. After being dropped from my old home insurance due to a disaster claim Matt McCoy was able to find coverage for me literally thousands ($$$) cheaper than anyone else. I’ve been with Team McCoy for ~2 years now and they called me to schedule a meeting so we could go over my coverages to ensure I have what I need and to eliminate anything unnecessary, saving me money AND increasing my protection. "Been with the office for over 12 years. Hunter terrible Manager promises follow up calls. Never does it leave multiple messages day after day to get answers and still no one calls back being dropped because of my son‘s car accidents understandable most insurance do you start dropping people. But they were going to drop all my other car policies along with my homeowners policy After canceling with plenty of time they still charge my account and have to wait weeks for a refund. The only time they’re nice is when you’re making your payments"

"Brittanie Portillo McCoy at State Farm has confused every change made on the policy. I cancelled vehicle insurance on a car we sold 3/2024 and they still have not cancelled the policy. We have moved our home owners and vehicle policies and will not do business with Brittanie again."
