"Moriah was Professional, Knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I paid my Monthly Auto Payment over the phone and I had asked for Copies of my Auto ID Cards (present and up-coming via E-Mail. Moriah sent via E-Mail Receipt of my Payment and Copies of my Auto ID Cards, while we were still on the phone. She was very helpful and has a calming voice."

"I had my roof installed in October of 2024, and they have yet to apply my discount. I’ve called monthly since then and these calls are getting old. It can be difficult to get ahold of an actual agent. The front desk people are friendly. They explain things well when I ask questions. However this delay has been very frustrating. If I didn’t stay on them, it would probably not have gotten done and it would have fallen through the cracks. Before the roof was installed, the process was very smooth with State Farm and they paid well for our new roof. So that was great! However, they need to improve the process of ensuring the discount is applied after a roof upgrade is done. Update: in less than 24 hours they escalated my issue and the refund for the 10 months of discount has been approved. The process was explained to me. Our roofer did not complete the paperwork properly so that delayed things. It still took them from October to June/July to get the form completed correctly and resubmitted, but Anna has been super! She said that Britany called corporate and really worked to get things rectified. Thank you! They have let me know that corporate does move slowly on these issues. I’ll update this when the actual check arrives:) Update: The check for the refund for our roof discount has arrived only one week later! I’ve increased the rating to a 4 star as the check came in quickly, and they were willing to escalate this issue and do the right thing. Thanks!"

"I will retract any previous positive statement i have made. TLDR my bill has risen considerably multiple times. They admit fault, fix it, A month later it’s rising again and then try to backpedal and put the blame on me when i have filed 0 claims, i have requested 0 changes to my policies yet somehow my bill keeps jumping on up."

"PLS READ!!! I'm so tired of the workers here, its been past 2 weeks now and did not send our insurance cards. All they want is to email it even after requesting to get a physical copy for July to January! My husbsnd called 2x talk to 2 different people, last person was a Theresa?? they emailed the same insurance card for 1 car only and we have 2, for the same car 2x! THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS!!! Ever since we bought a house back in 2015 alot of mistakes been happening and our car insurance combined even our life insurance! I'm so fed up with the untrained workers here! There was an incident with Anna before even removing our newer car instead of our old car! The rates just keeps going up and up and up too!!!! EVEN MY SISTER in law dealt with Anna and always wrong!"

"Everybody at the McCoy agency is friendly, courteous, helpful, and above all interested in getting you what you need in terms of insurance and protection. After being dropped from my old home insurance due to a disaster claim Matt McCoy was able to find coverage for me literally thousands ($$$) cheaper than anyone else. I’ve been with Team McCoy for ~2 years now and they called me to schedule a meeting so we could go over my coverages to ensure I have what I need and to eliminate anything unnecessary, saving me money AND increasing my protection. Terri spent an hour with me answering ALL of my questions, listening to my concerns, and offering advice when I was unsure. No gimmicky sales tactics, just the HONEST truth regarding insurance.
